Why haven’t I received my card (yet)?

You must first register with our banking partner Swan, which is known as “onboarding”. At this stage, you will be asked to take a photo of your ID. Then your Trip Keeper manager will ask you to confirm, in the app, the postal address to which you want to send your Trip Keeper card. Finally, they will be able to order the card, which will arrive within 1 week.
