When a user is added to a Business Unit (BU), a a parallel process is set in motion to add this user to the banking operator, mainly to identify and register him. This is a standard banking procedure to verify the user’s identity and authorise them to carry out financial transactions.
This procedure is carried out step by step, and the various associated reports give you information on the progress of the integration, indicating whether the process is underway, completed, or whether any errors have been encountered.
In orange, onboarding is underway and the user has received a text to complete the necessary information (identity and address verification).
In green, the user has completed onboarding, the account has been correctly created with the banking operator, and the user can use the Trip Keeper solution.
In red, there is an error when creating the account. Please contact the Trip Keeper administrator.
